We all know that Russel Brand has been dating Katy Perry since September, but we don't know that they are moving too fast. According to hollyscoop R. Brand has recently bought a 3.5 million dollar lovenest and was seen shopping for rings at Cartier!! Could they be moving to fast? Or could Brand just be browsing...? We will soon find out when or IF he pops the question... What do you think? Should Katy say yes or make a big rejection?
