Well technically, Lovato tweeted that she was obsessed with Justin's new CD My World, in reply Bieber tweeted: "thank u. maybe 1 of these days we will meet. what is your fav song?" Then Lovato reminded him with a TwitPic of them together to prove they already met. Then romantic Bieber tweeted in reply: "@ddlovato lol. got me. well then we should chill maybe grab a movie ;) what is your favorite song anyway?"

MILEY CYRUS TATTOO!!!

This just in, Miley Cyrus got a TATTOO! That's right, a tattoo. I was trying to add a picture but this it went crazy so I'll give you the links down at the bottom of the report. She just turned 17 and she already has her first tattoo! It says “Just Breathe” and she claims it's for her friend, Vanessa, who died, age 12, of cystic fibrosis in 2007. We all thought Miley was a good girl until those shocking photos appeared on the internet a bit ago, but now she is a normal girl. It's touching that she got that tattoo for her friend but she shouldn't have gotten it there. The tattoo was printed right under her breast and isn't noticable unless she is in a bikini. We all know she deleted her Twitter about 2-3 months ago and she released the reason on her newest video on YouTube. She rapped up all the reasons and it wasn't because of all the hater comments. It was because she wants her life private, but when you're famous your life isn't that private!! She says nobody cares if she's playing with her sister Noah or just doing her hair.
